Safe Guide Center provides a high-performance marketing infrastructure designed for elite affiliate operations and performance brand management. By accessing our Performance Marketing Framework (PERFORMANCE_OS), you agree to operate within the technical and ethical boundaries defined herein.
All system access is monitored for uptime and security compliance. We reserve the right to suspend API access or dashboard availability for nodes exhibiting abnormal request patterns or data scraping behaviors that threaten the performance stability of the global framework.

SECTION_ID: 02_NODES
NODE
SECURITY
User accounts (Operational Nodes) are non-transferable. Affiliate partners are responsible for the absolute security of their own credentials and unique API keys. Any breach originating from a partner's terminal is the sole responsibility of that node operator.
MFA MANDATE
Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for all administrator-level operations and traffic adjustments.
IMMUTABLE LOGS
Every action within the OS is logged in an immutable ledger for 24 months for audit requirements.

PROPERTY
RIGHTS
All tracking algorithms, dashboard UI components, proprietary performance metrics, and the underlying architecture of PERFORMANCE_OS are the exclusive intellectual property of Safe Guide Center. Partners are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license for active marketing campaigns only.
No part of the system code, visual identity, or architectural logic may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or utilized to construct competing affiliate infrastructure without explicit cryptographic authorization.
SECTION_ID: 04_LIMITS
LIABILITY

Safe Guide Center shall not be held liable for revenue fluctuations caused by network latency, external traffic quality changes, or upstream platform outages. The framework is provided "AS-IS" for high-stakes operational use.
Liability is strictly capped at the total service fees paid by the partner in the 3 months preceding any validated system incident.
SECTION_ID: 05_JURIS
GOVERNING
LAW
These terms and all operational agreements within the PERFORMANCE_OS framework shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Safe Guide Center is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from system usage shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the primary operating region of the Safe Guide Center Engine core server cluster.
